Center for Informatics and Audiovisual Resources is a transdisciplinary structure and operates in the field of information technology, computing, audiovisual and multimedia.
The Center is generally responsible for the repair, maintenance, upkeep and operation of the equipment and to support ESSV with its own resources in collaboration with the IPV’s central services.
It is up to this center, namely:
a) Guarantee the provision of services within the scope of its activity;
b) Propose the acquisition of materials and equipment necessary for the implementation of its domain activities;
c) Ensure the conservation and maintenance of the respective facilities and assets;
d) Cooperate with related services and institutions to exchange information and share available resources;
e) To propose internal rules of operation, which shall be approved by the President;
f) Ensure the use of their resources in accordance with regulations in force;
g) Prepare the business plan and annual report.
